MEET DR. PENNOCK

Dr. Blake Pennock is the Founder of Pure Kinetics, where he helps athletes, youth athletes, and active adults improve movement, recover from injury, enhance performance, and build long-term health through an integrated, science-informed approach.

His journey into healthcare began after a football injury in college went undiagnosed through the traditional medical system. After finding lasting relief through chiropractic care and movement-based rehabilitation, he dedicated his career to understanding how the body truly functions—and how to help people perform at their highest level.

Over the past decade, Dr. Pennock has combined clinical experience, strength and conditioning, rehabilitation, biomechanics, nutrition, and performance science into a comprehensive system designed to optimize human movement. Rather than treating isolated symptoms, his approach focuses on identifying the root cause of dysfunction and improving how the entire body moves, adapts, and performs.

Dr. Pennock holds a Bachelor of Science degree, a Doctor of Chiropractic degree, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). He has completed extensive postgraduate education in rehabilitation, corrective exercise, soft tissue therapy, functional medicine, nutrition, and performance optimization.

Throughout his career, he has worked with everyone from individuals looking to eliminate pain and regain confidence in movement to NFL players, UFC fighters, Olympic athletes, endurance competitors, and other high-performing professionals. As a World Championship-qualifying HYROX athlete himself, he brings both clinical expertise and firsthand experience in elite performance.

Today, Dr. Pennock’s mission is simple: help people move better, perform better, and build resilient bodies that support lifelong health, performance, and longevity.
