STEP 1: Schedule Your Assessment
Your journey begins by scheduling an Initial Movement Assessment online or by contacting our team.
Before your visit, you’ll complete a secure digital intake form where we’ll learn about: Your health history, Current symptoms or limitations, Training history, Lifestyle, Previous injuries, Performance goals, Long-term objectives
Completing this before your appointment allows us to maximize your time in the clinic and begin developing a deeper understanding of your movement before you even walk through the door.
STEP 2: Initial Consultation
Every person has a story.
Your first visit begins with a one-on-one conversation about your health, movement history, training background, daily demands, and goals.
We want to understand not only what hurts, but how you move, what you want to accomplish, and what success looks like for you.
If we believe another healthcare professional is better suited to help you, we’ll tell you. Our priority is helping you receive the right care—even if that means referring you elsewhere.
STEP 3: Comprehensive Movement Assessment
This is where Pure Kinetics becomes different.
Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we perform a comprehensive assessment designed to understand how your body functions as an integrated system.
Depending on your goals, your assessment may include: Medical and Orthopedic Examination, Slow Motion Video Assessment, Functional Movement Evaluation, Biomechanical Analysis, Balance & Coordination, Running or Gait Analysis (when appropriate), Performance Testing
Every assessment is individualized based on your history, sport, lifestyle, and goals.
Our objective is to identify the underlying factors contributing to pain, movement limitations, or performance restrictions—not simply where symptoms exist.
STEP 4: Your Personalized Plan
Once your assessment is complete, we’ll review everything together.
You’ll leave your first visit with a clear understanding of: How your body currently moves, What we found during the assessment, Why certain limitations may exist, Your biggest opportunities for improvement, Short-term priorities, Long-term goals, Your recommended treatment and performance strategy.
Depending on your needs, your individualized plan may include rehabilitation, chiropractic care, movement retraining, performance training, shockwave therapy, strength and conditioning, recovery strategies, mobility work, or home programming.
Every recommendation is designed specifically for you. If your goal is to get out of pain, you graduate and finish care once we accomplish that in as few visits as possible. If your goal is to continue to thrive, proceed to step 5
STEP 5: Progress With Purpose
Movement changes over time.
Your program should too.
Throughout your journey, we continually reassess movement quality, strength, mobility, performance, and your overall progress to ensure you’re moving toward your goals as efficiently as possible.
You’ll also receive ongoing education, exercise programming, progressions, and recommendations to support your success both inside and outside the clinic.
