At Pure Kinetics, we provide individualized one-on-one chiropractic care and rehabilitation for people recovering from motor vehicle accidents. SCHEDULE YOUR EVALUATION: 954-504-6144
Been in a car accident in Fort Lauderdale and not sure who to see? If you weren't seriously injured enough for the ER, the typical next step is an evaluation by a provider who treats musculoskeletal injuries. Chiropractic physicians are among the providers who can perform that initial evaluation. Pure Kinetics offers post-accident evaluations at our Fort Lauderdale clinic: (954) 504-6144.
Comprehensive Evaluation After Your Accident
Following a car accident, injuries are not always immediately obvious.
Our evaluation includes a detailed health history, orthopedic examination, neurological screening when appropriate, and a comprehensive movement assessment to understand how your injuries are affecting the way your body moves.
By identifying the underlying causes of pain and dysfunction, we can create an individualized treatment plan focused on recovery—not simply symptom management.
One-on-One Care
At Pure Kinetics, every appointment is dedicated entirely to you.
Unlike high-volume clinics where patients rotate between multiple providers or spend much of their visit unattended, your treatment is delivered through individualized, one-on-one care. We take the time to understand your injuries, monitor your progress, answer your questions, and adjust your rehabilitation plan as your body heals.
Our goal is not simply to help you feel better after an accident—it is to help you regain confidence in movement, restore function, and reduce the risk of long-term complications.

FAQs
Should I see a chiropractor after a car accident even if I don’t have pain?
Some injuries, particularly soft tissue injuries such as whiplash, may not become fully apparent until hours or days after an accident. An evaluation can help identify injuries and determine whether treatment is appropriate.
What injuries do you treat after a car accident?
We commonly evaluate and treat musculoskeletal injuries including whiplash, neck pain, back pain, shoulder injuries, headaches, muscle strains, joint injuries, and movement limitations following motor vehicle accidents.
How soon should I be evaluated after an accident?
The sooner you’re evaluated, the sooner injuries can be identified and an appropriate treatment plan can begin. If you experience severe symptoms or signs of a medical emergency, seek immediate emergency medical care.
Will I receive exercises to do at home?
Yes. When appropriate, you’ll receive individualized exercises and movement recommendations to support your recovery between visits.
Can a chiropractor be my first visit after an accident, or do I need the ER first?
If you have emergency signs — loss of consciousness, severe headache, chest pain, numbness or weakness, confusion — go to the ER or urgent care first. If not, a chiropractic physician can perform your initial post-accident evaluation, document your injuries, and either begin care or refer you for imaging or specialist care as indicated.
I felt fine at the scene but my neck hurts days later. Is that normal?
Delayed-onset soreness and whiplash symptoms commonly appear 24–72 hours after a collision. That delay is precisely why the 14-day evaluation window matters — get evaluated even if symptoms seem minor.
What does whiplash treatment involve?
After examination (and imaging referral when indicated), care typically progresses from gentle hands-on treatment and pain-modulating modalities to graded mobility and strengthening exercise as irritability settles. Your plan is individualized to your presentation.
